The refurbishment of a tenement block from 1913 in Berlin-Wedding. 44 flats, the facade, the roof and the grounds were all refurbished, with the original structure and details remaining, where possible. The technical infrastructure of the building was completely renewed. The flats were fitted with self-contained central heating and bathrooms.

Das Mietshaus in Berlin-Wedding  Baujahr 1913, mit hohem Leerstand, wurde unter Berücksichtigung der bestehenden Substanz und der originalen Details Instand gesetzt. Die technische Infrastruktur wurde komplett erneuert, Etagenheizungen und  neue Bäder eingebaut.
