An existing maintenance building was to be integrated into a new police station in a small rural community in central Bavaria.

The building was converted into a workshop with changing facilities for the staff.

A new 2/3-story annex was built into the plot’s sloping topography. It comprises of 950m² of office space; a canteen; interrogation rooms; and detention cells.
